Certification Programme was organized with the cooperation of Turkish Insurance Institute (TSEV), Insurance Supervisory and Information Center (SBM) and The Preventation of Insurance Fraud Office (SİSEB).

Programme was designed separately for the employees who work in insurance internal inquiry department and for the employees who work in insurance external department. In the end of the programme, they took an exam which consists of 30 questions.

Program (20 hourly) was held in July 1-3 and in July 15-17 in TSEV. Employees in external department took the Basic Insurance Training Program additionally  and  also “Struggle against Misconduct, Inquiry, The Processes of SISEB and Judicial Decisions about Misconduct ”

In the end of the program, applicants who passed the exam took the achievement certificate.
