TSEV has taken charge to guide the need for the qualified insurance training in the region. Hereby, “Strategic Planning in Insurance Sector” training was planned for the participants who are from Ethiopia with the organization of Istanbul Underwriting Center (IUC). The training was designed by the TSEV instructor Melike Demirel for senior executives and was carried on face-to-face in TSEV’s classrooms. During the training the instructor used not only technical methods but also used case analysis and games. At the end of the training programme, certificates were given to the participants and both parts mutually shared their desire to continue their future collaborations.
